This can happen if you had Products in the Cart, but you closed the Browser.
And then, he again opened a page with a Cart.
In this case, the plugin is trying to restore the Cart-Data.

This is a normal situation.

If you do not close the browser, then everything is OK?

I have a problem with the cart.
When I go to the cart it shows during a second the cart correctly but it change immediately in a page like a cart but it shows not the subtotal and there is a button CREATE CART in the place of the Checkut button

I have WP 6.8.1 and woo 9.8.5 and your plugin 18.56.1
Which can be the problem?

1. WooCommerce – ceased to pretend that it is Friendly.
2. WooCommerce – releases new versions like hot pies. And in new versions, a lot that used to work well no longer works.
3. I think that the Woo business strategy is a hidden Monopolism. And therefore, they will try to make you stop using plugins that are not made. It would explain a lot.
4. Mini Cart – it is different in different WP Themes. (WooCommerce also connects different data processing functions depending on which type of WP Themes is used). I do not agree with such a concept.
5. Mini Cart – in different WP Themes and in different Plugins, it processes decimal Quantity in different ways. For example, the Theme “Astra” correctly processes the [+/-] buttons for the inputs like: 0.1 but rounds numbers with greater accuracy like: 0.01 to a whole value of 1/2/3 …
And this happens with many other WP Themes. But not with everyone.
It is possible that the Mini Cart is overwrited by Product Subtotals in Cart.
This is visible on your screenshot. Product “Proximity Base Malt” in the Quantity of 1.15 your Mini Cart rounded to 2.0
And therefore, you have Total: 4.19 = TAX (0.29) + Subtotal (3.9)
Instead of Subtotal (2.24)
I can assume that if you turn off a Mini Cart, then you will have everything ok.

What to do?
The right way is to make Built-In interface like: “Buttons [+/-]” and a “Mini Cart” so that they are guaranteed to work in any WP Themes.
